RETURN POLICY:
SAG Performance does not accept returns on complete engines, engine lock blocks, engine short blocks or on custom parts or kits containing custom parts. We do offer returns on non-custom individual parts with a 20% restocking fee. Non-custom parts must be returned in the original packaging in new condition and must not have been installed or used or modified. Any items elegible for return, must be returned within 14 days.
WARRANTY POLICY:
There is no warranty expressed or implied on any complete engine, engine lock block, engine short block , custom kit containing custom parts, or individual parts sold my SAG Performance. Due to the nature of high performance engines and the level of difficulty in obtaining a successful installation and tune of high performance and/or racing engines, we do not offer an expressed or implied warranty on our engines, partial engines, custom engine kits or parts. However, quality of workmanship and customer satisfaction is very important to SAG Performance and we do stand behind our quality of workmanship. Our products are subjected to rigorous quality control measures before leaving our facility to ensure any potential errors are caught and corrected before the consumer receives the item. If you suspect that you have received a defective item from SAG Performance we encourage you to bring it to our attention. If it can be shown that you have experienced a problem that is directly caused by a machining or assembly defect of SAG, we will make accommodations to help you remedy the problem on a case by case basis. We will under no circumstances pay another shop to diagnose, repair, or test our merchandise or for installation or removal charges or any labor charges whatsoever. If it is clearly shown that we have made an error on your order that a member of SAG's staff is responsible for we will fix or repair the problem at our facility no charge. Approval must be given on a case by case basis via an RMA# on defective items. The shipping costs pertaining to repair or replacement of defective merchandise is the responsibility of the consumer, not SAG, unless otherwise authorized on a case by case basis. SAG is under no circumstance responsible for faulty or defective parts that were not manufactured by SAG Performance. Parts or products of another brand name that are found to be defective must be sent to the original manufacturer for inspection and warranty claim filed with that manufacturer, if warranty is applicable per their individual company policy.
